Two Paths. One Mission.
Lasting change requires strengthening both the systems that serve people and the people who navigate those systems. Corrections Reform Group advances this mission through two complementary frameworks. Building Bridges™ strengthens professionals, organizations, and institutional systems. Progressive Navigation™ equips individuals and families with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to successfully navigate critical life environments, transitions, and opportunities. Together, these frameworks promote safer institutions, stronger communities, and long-term human development.
Building Bridges™
Building Bridges™ is CRG's institutional development framework. It equips correctional, public safety, community supervision, and human service professionals with practical skills that strengthen leadership, communication, decision-making, safety, human dignity, and professional excellence. The framework supports both prevention and intervention by strengthening the professionals and systems that influence individual and community outcomes.
Progressive Navigation™
Progressive Navigation™ is CRG's human development framework. Through partnerships with agencies, educational institutions, employers, and community organizations, it helps individuals and families build the knowledge, skills, habits, and confidence needed to successfully navigate critical life environments, transitions, and opportunities. The framework supports both prevention and intervention by meeting people where they are while preparing them for long-term success.
Our Intervention Philosophy
Corrections Reform Group believes that lasting change requires more than responding to problems after they occur. Meaningful impact comes from strengthening both prevention and intervention across the environments that shape people's lives.
Building Bridges™ focuses on the professionals, organizations, and institutional systems that influence outcomes.
